At the new Waldhoff logistics location in Höxter, the warehouse management system already in use at other locations had to be rolled out and put into operation as planned. In addition to reliable project management right up to the go-live, it was important to the clients that their own staff were comprehensively trained in parallel to the WMS implementation.
